I am Nanny Marly and I love working with children. Being a nanny is my calling and I am blessed to be able to be a part of so many lives. As a certified professional nanny through National Nanny Academy, Inc. (NANI) for over 25 years, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with so many wonderful families and helping children prepare for the social and academic challenges that they face. I have provided age-appropriate activities that expanded the children’s curiosity and learning capabilities in a loving and caring manner.

I began helping to sleep condition infants in a gentle, calming, “non-cry it out” method in 2008. As a Master Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), I work closely with families to get the baby/babies on a great schedule in a soothing safe environment. I specialize in multiples from twins to quintuplets, including preemies.

I was honored to be selected as the 2015 Nanny of the Year (NOTY) by the International Nanny Association (INA). The NOTY™ award is presented annually to recognize the personal achievements of a working nanny. INA’s Nanny of the Year™ (NOTY™) serves as an example of the best kind of nanny and represents a positive role model for our industry and association.

My career as a certified professional nanny began with graduation from the National Nanny Academy, Inc. (NANI) in 1993. Since then, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with many wonderful families and helping children prepare for the social and academic challenges that they will face growing up.

I am continuously furthering my education to remain current in this quickly changing field. I have earned the Advanced Newborn Care Specialist certificate and I have just completed the Master Newborn Care Specialist training program. A Master NCS is the highest level of training and expertise currently available to NCS and one that requires dedication, focus, and determination. This certification is only available through the Newborn Care Solutions Training Program.

I serve as a Mentor through INA and Newborn Care Solutions to help educate other nannies and NCSs.
